  • User-based quarantine:Inform users about their quarantined emails and allow them to rescan, deliver or delete such emails. On the other hand, once IT administrators set different permissions, it significantly simplifies their daily tasks. The new Quarantine Report feature makes it easy for administrators to define filters, rules, classifications when creating new user-based quarantine reports – and user permissions can be set.

  • New disclaimer style for the emails previously we have the default text-based disclaimer, which offers basic configuration options. With the current development, we have updated them to include four categories (None, Information, Warning, and Critical) and also modernized the look of the styles. Administrators can change the style and the content – in the editor view – of the disclaimer block in many different ways:
    • Users may be informed or warned that the status of a particular message is critical or a warning.
    • There are predefined disclaimer styles available in the settings, while advanced administrators could customize the style manually using HTML coding, offering endless possibilities. If the HTML-based emails are not supported, our solution still provides the option to send disclaimers as plain text.
